I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Sindh Rural Partners Organization (SRPO), a dedicated organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities in Sindh, Pakistan. As you may know, our region has been experiencing an unprecedented heatwave for the past three months, leading to severe hardships for many families.

The extreme temperatures have had a devastating impact, exacerbating health issues, causing food and water shortages, and placing immense strain on local resources. Many of our community members, especially children, the elderly, and those with pre-existing health conditions, are particularly vulnerable during this crisis.

In response to this urgent situation, SRPO has established heatwave relief camps in various districts of Sindh. These camps provide:

• Access to Safe Drinking Water: Essential to prevent dehydration and heat-related illnesses.
• Emergency Medical Care: For those suffering from heat-related conditions.
• Nutritional Support: To ensure that affected families receive the food they need to maintain their health.
• Cooling Centers: Safe spaces where people can escape the heat and receive much-needed rest and care.
